Personal training is more than just workout, it is about understanding and caring about another person needs and goals.
Mindful and dedicated program
Whatever is your goal, you need to commit and make a first step to change. Your health and wellness is the most precious thing you have, and your commitment must be mindful. It does not matter whether you are a beginner or a pro, whether you train to lose weight or because you are a sport passionate. If you do want to obtain the best results, in the safest way and in the shortest time, you must know your trailhead and train constantly and mindfully, passionately and with determination, and you must enjoy during your path.
A mindful, tailored and dedicated program is my way to train, and to coach. I want you to reach your goal and to understand your body. I want you to learn the connection between your mind and your muscles, how to improve your performance, how to feel better, and how to maintain and even improve your gains limiting risks of injuries.
Maintain fitness goals over time
In life and in sport, you can achieve wellness and longevity with a right combination of healthy activity and proper nutrition habits. In order to eat better, you do not necessarily need a strict diet. It might be enough to have a few nutrition guidance, organise your groceries, learn how to cook your meals in a healthier way, yet keeping some space for your favourite foods.
I have the NASM (US National Academy of Sports Medicine) certification as Personal Trainer and the NASM certification as nutrition coach. I know how to maximise and maintain fitness goals over time with appropriate nutrition guidance.
